A doula is trained to provide professional support throughout labor, delivery and postpartum
A doula is there to answer any questions an expectant family may have. Doulas are trained to help mothers have the birth they want. Studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with fewer complications, are healthier and more easily.
